Clifford Sweigart

Owner/ Insurance Producer

Prior to entering the insurance industry, Clifford was employed in the agriculture industry for over 30 years.

He has over 20 years of insurance experience and started Weaver Insurance Group Inc. in 2011.

When he is not in the office- you can find him at the cabin, helping family and friends with a work project or planting trees.

Scott Sweigart

Owner/ Insurance Producer

Prior to working with Weaver Insurance Group Inc. Scott grew up in the agricultural community.

His experience in both the agricultural field and commercial trucking lends to understanding our clients insurance needs.

When he is not in the office, you will find him hunting, fishing or spending time with his family.

Lauren Rineer (Sweigart)

Owner/ Operations

Lauren has been working for Weaver Insurance Group for over 10 years and has enjoyed developing relationships with all of the customers through servicing their accounts.

Her main priority is to ensure business is running smoothly and looks to help our clients and staff members in any way that she can.

Outside the office- you’ll find her admiring landscaping, finding the best food spots and spending time with family.

Courtney Longenecker

Service Manager

Courtney joined Weaver Insurance Group in 2021. She has since obtained her insurance license and obtained the Certified Insurance Representative designation.

She oversees the office staff and ensures excellent customer service.

Outside of the office, you’ll find Courtney in her outside enjoying the sunshine and most likely in her garden.

Reuben Ziegler

Insurance Producer

Reuben has been with Weaver Insurance since 2015. Reuben grew up in the ag community working on his family’s poultry farm and local dairy operations.  Aside from insurance, he and his wife manage their real estate portfolio and own a local small business. His background in Agriculture and current business ventures allow for a firsthand understanding of customers’ needs. 


In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time with family, and being active member in their church. 

Darryl Graham

Insurance Producer

Darryl has over 30 years of insurance experience. Prior to working as an insurance producer, Darryl was the Vice President of Underwriting for a Mutual insurance company.

His experience on both the company and agency side makes him a valuable asset to our team.

Darryl is exceptional at servicing his customers and helping to provide tailored insurance coverage to their needs.

Colin Miller

Insurance Producer

Colin has been with Weaver Insurance since 2025.

He grew up in the ag community and showed beef at the E-town and Manheim fairs.

Before joining our team, he was the operations manager for a landscaping company.

Renee St Cyr

Customer Service

Before joining our agency in 2023, Renee resided in Vermont. She has over 20 years of experience industry.

If you call in to the office- Renee is one of our office staff to assist you with policy changes, payment questions or quoting assistance. She is also our main crop insurance gal.

Renee has a servant heart and bubbly personality. She is heavily involved with her church, LCBC and is always looking for ways to brighten someone’s day.

Emilie Mummau

Customer Service

Emilie joined the Weaver Insurance team in 2024. She is a graduate of Lancaster Bible College.

She since has obtained her insurance license and is working towards the Certified Insurance Representative designation.

She analyzes policy activity to ensure accuracy along with servicing our clients needs.

Megan Garber

Administrative Assistant

Megan joined the Weaver Insurance team in 2025.

With growing up in the ag community and being apart of FFA in High School- she has a big heart for serving our agricultural clients.

She has a servant heart supporting our staff and clients.
